It's a takoyaki chain store from japan . Probably less than a week. Am always a huge fan of takoyaki, especially after tried once in tokyo few years back and now, turn out searching back the taste..

It's just a small store which only able to occupy a few seats but i guess is good enough because i think their main customer are mostly take aways order.

Looks good huh... I think so too.. But wonder why the mayo look so artificial..

Mon tried first.... WAHHH nice.. Good good... Than i took one and try... >< mud taste.... Yiekkk... Was wondering why dear who has been picker than me actually say it was good.. Than later he tried another pc... His face turn blue... LOLx...
Wanted to ask him to tell the management but we didnt.. Because it wasnt every pc of unagi that have mud taste..

Chicken sausages and cheese RM6.90


I like mine... Something taste real close to the one i have tried in tokyo.. But i think they should replace it with kewpie mayo = ) i am happy gal now...

I like the crispy outer layer and the fresh cabbage of tamayaki's takoyaki... I know some takoyaki chain store will just add in the cabbage into the batter instead grill it separately.. Therefore lack of crispiness...

Chapter 64: Petite Millie @ One Utama

It was a public holiday eve, so one of my friend decided to have lunch together... and my first question was MANA?... coz my gang always hang around the same place.. or maybe just kim gary, mj cafe, mcD... which i kinda sien d.. so i manage to convince them to check out this place which i wanted to eat long ago.. YEAHHHH ^^

It was located one of the corner between new and old wing of one utama.

The menu was quite simple or limited i would say.. but actually good enough since they have a few signature  dishes that u shouldn't miss it... *yumms*

Order this coz we know the dish portion will be too small to fill in all our tummies...  and to dip this with the soup.. but the bread itself was too good.. so... munch all up within minit.. muah = D

Poutine Cheek... and its deadly Poutine Cheek RM25.90

There were a few selections under Poutine menu... what's Poutine? basically is just our normal french fries but with gravy..  and their recommendation was poutine cheek which is BEEF.

Personally i don take beef, but i will still eat the fries.. = )

The fries has absorb all the essence of the beef, mushroom, cheese and other ingredients

But for the chicken... which is quite disappointing, maybe i have tasted the best one.. so to those who cant take beef, maybe u can try this. It's actually similar ingredient as the Poutine cheek, but this is chicken.

i only took a bite on this dish not because that i don like it... i think it was good... normally i don order pasta outside.. coz kiamsiap ppl like me thinks that i can cook it at home and paying with that price. i can have abalone slice already.. LOL.. just kidding. but for this.. i think the sauce were very "seafood" in a good way. FRESH and flavorsome = )

Here, recommendation from me... = ) to all lamb lover/ meat eater like me.. this is a super good that all of us none stop complimenting how good was this. mouth watering lamb cutlet grilled till medium- medium well. super juicy  and well marinated.. at first i was worry the slab of mint sauce on the lamb, but it complement each other so well.  even those side dish were awesome too = )

The crumble tart were too thick... but the apple filling was just nice. but for the price we pay.. i might wont order it again, unless i'm super desperate.

way toooooo normal... i prefer the one at tanzini  =) but of coz more costly

seriously we didnt expected the dessert was that expensive... maybe i should say it didnt worth the price we paid... hmmp.. but overall i still enjoy the moments spending with my besties... GOOD FOOD, GOOD COMPANY

hope that in future will have more time to hang out together.


ps: i hope the waitress/ waiter can give better suggestion and study their own menu well. coz i find that they didnt give much recommendation.. or maybe just that few dishes worth trying?  *oppsiee*

Chapter 63: SS20 Fish Head Noodle

Intentionally came for the search of a nice bowl of cendol. Yes... recently i have been craving for nice icy drink. and i remember i have seen one of my fren's instagram introducing about the cendol around DU area... 

didnt really aware of the restaurant name till i search back the post and saw.. it was at the SS20 Fish head noodle which located at the same row of SuperTanker Damansara Kim. 

Is just kind of weird if we just drop by to have a bowl of cendol. 

into a fish head noodle shop without ordering fish head noodle.. hmmp

So ended up, we ordered their fish head noodle as well.

The cendol and sago ice was serve before our noodle. GREAT.. i never have a stomach for dessert. = )

The pandan-ish cendol, coconut milk and mild sweetness level of gula melaka just complementing each other well. but the Sago ice was quite disappointing.. lack of taste, not enough gula melaka.. (maybe is just this bowl)
but overall we enjoy much =)


next, the famous fish head noodle that i have heard long ago but forget it exist... it use to be at the Gerai MBPJ damansara kim and now they owned a shop too... i guess the old stall still there, not too sure... but the stall definitely close at night.

Not too bad, but i would prefer stronger taste of soup. maybe should have more pickle veg and add in more rice wine... i find it tak cukup ouhmmm but i enjoy their fish... The fish are super fresh and thick although only serve 4pc and i love their chili too = )

* i remember there's a remark on the side of the order list... i guess next time when i try this i willl add in remarks like MORE WINE MORE PICKLES.. = )

Chapter 62: Sumi-Ka @ SS15

I never have the chance to explore food around ss15 because i know that area is always jam. but since it's puasa month and for some reason i need to do something around that area. so we decided to dine around there.. (take out hand phone and google SS15 FOOD) and click on the first link was SUMI-KA 

As u know Mon is so picky that he actually don trust other blogs till he heard good review from some close friends... hmmp~ (he none stop telling me that he did research before and saying nothing special about the place... but i insists to try... = D)

super simple menu... just a glance 1 and half page are the food and the other half was beverages

we were quite lucky to have a seats since we didnt reserve (didnt expect to be that pack)

at first, they give us a seat that only valid for 1 hour dinning time... (hurry hurry.. rushing to order)

but later, they move us to the bar with no time limit and we can enjoy better. LUCKY US = )

Not too bad but too normal for my liking. the seaweed were still fresh and crispy while serve but the salmon filling are too normal

basically is just 3 sticks of Negima (chicken tight with green onion) and rice. same price if u order separately...

so expensive la... but why u grill dou so nice geh.. ciss...

 everything were not marinated but just a pinch of sea salt added and grill till golden brown, the skill counts...





The dinner was excellent but really pricey which cost us RM200, imagine we order max 2 sticks each.. and they do not accept credit cards. so remember to bring more cash and reservations too... It's a really nice Beer Snack place..
