Chapter 68: Sang Har Mee @ SS2 green view restaurant

Let me have a quick review on what i just had for dinner while ago.. When the taste is still lingering with my tongue.

While serve, the noodle is still crispy and soaked in the flavoursm thick egg gravy and of coz roe which make the noodle taste so prawnly.. Yumms...

Sang har mee

We ordered a 3 pax portion.. With this size of 3 huge prawns, the noodle cost us $$$$$
RM140 " kaching". It's not cheap but still cheaper than i expected because it really huge prawn ( almos like mini lobster)

So far this is one of my top listed best sang har mee.. Wait for my next post about sang har mee at KL which still in my pending blog. =)

Chapter 67: QQ Duck

QQ duck!!!!!!! Aka A Ping herbal braised duck which originated from Penang and self modified to what it is today..... The small humble stall started at Sunway Mentari corner shoplots kopitiam " lai kong". Having operating business there for few years, the boss finally expanded the business into a restaurant which is QQ duck, at jalan puchong.

We were very lucky to be invited to the grand opening. We knew the boss few years back at sunway and been supporting since then. = )
Ok , back to the foood !! Besides braised duck , the boss also serve few other braised item; example , eggs, taufu , pork , pork intestines , pork stomach , duck feet and etc...
So for those who is not a duck fan , u still can choose other braised item to try... ; )

As for the taste , i wouldn't say this is the best braised duck rice/porridge i ever had , but this is definitely worth a try especially if u r in Puchong or Sunway area. We kinda like the taste , so u can try n let us know what u think.... = )

Chapter 66: Sanuki Udon@ taman desa

After a huge hit of taman desa japanese bbq... There is another famous outlet that operate by the same boss.. Sanuki udon

We ordered 2 udon. One is soup and another dry udon

The soup base undon taste incrediblely normal but the udon is really good... Spongy noodle. They do sell noodles too.. Like for rm28 per pkt.

The dry udon.... Awesome!!!! especially after adding The spices.. Just like how we had our dry chili pan mee = D yumms

They serve yakimono too...Price from rm3.00 per stick.
They have skin, gizzard, mushroom, chicken tights, and more but seriously... Nothing to shout about.

We had kakiage, chicken karaage and ebi fry. Also, i will just say that those wouldnt be the reason for make me to come back.

Overall i must say that it was the best "udon" i have tried.. And really cheap.. So i guess if i am around and wanted something light and quick.. I guess this will fix my tummy = )
